Enjoy a Healthy and Holistic Lifestyle Course
This is our combination course bringing together Yoga, Tai Chi, Health and Holistic Lifestyle.
The course takes place during a period of 7 days. Features of the
courses:
(a) A brief introduction to Tai chi, chi kung, yoga asanas, bhakti yoga and meditation. A lifestyle ‘taster’ into ‘holistic living’, including dietary.
(b) A more extensive introduction to Tai chi, chi kung, yoga asanas, bhakti yoga and meditation lasting 10 days.
(c) An intensive but enjoyable 14 day program of daily sessions of Tai chi, chi kung and yoga asanas, with the days commencing and ending with a meditation session and devotional singing (bhakti
yoga). The sessions will be interspersed with informal talks and lectures covering the subjects of diet, alternative medicine and more.
